Katerina Vollmann, MBA
Katerina Vollmann provides personal and individual support to clients in Executive Search, Leadership Advisory and as a systemic coach in organizational development.

Previously, I was responsible for the successful development of various business units within companies and also held management positions at international consulting firms. Today, as Managing Partner, I run my own consulting firm with a network that has grown over many years.
Originally from the Czech Republic, with professional experience in Germany and Great Britain and living in Austria for more than 20 years, I have a deep intercultural understanding of the economic area DACH, CEE and EU.
This experience, combined with my language skills (German, Czech, Slovak, English), enables me to successfully implement international cross-border projects.
My academic background includes ethics and education (Czech Republic) as well as economics and an MBA from St. Francis University in Chicago (USA).
In addition, I have completed training as a systemic coach in Austria and combine consulting expertise with sound coaching.
I live in Vienna with my family. In my private life, I appreciate the sea, the mountains, and inspiring conversations with others.

My career at IBM included key positions in CEE and at the EMEA headquarters in Paris, including roles in Cloud Managed Services, Professional Services, Digital Sales, and Technology Partnerships. This experience has made me a specialist in international sales and service models.
Having graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and with a clear focus on sustainable growth, I combine economic thinking with future-oriented solutions. Purpose-driven leadership creates space for development and measurable results within teams.
I accept local and cross-border mandates, preferably in international teams – with the aim of creating sustainable structures and added value for my clients.
Privately, I find inspiration in exchanging ideas with people, in nature, and in my involvement with the student organization AIESEC."
